Our Spinal Conservative Care Program offers a non-surgical approach to treating back and neck pain. Using a combination of evidence-based physiotherapy, spinal education, posture correction, and core strengthening, we help you manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent long-term spinal  issues — without the need for surgery.

How to Access the Program
1. See your GP or Specialist and request a referral letter for the Spinal Conservative Care
Program/ Conservative Back & Neck Program
2. Get pre-authorization from your medical aid
3. Once approved, you’ll be able to start the program
