DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

No, a doctor's referral is not needed. We are first line healthcare practitioners. This means that we are able to diagnose, treat and refer as needed.

DO YOU CLAIM FROM MEDICAL AID?

Yes, we claim from medical aids directly. Alternatively the patient settles their own bill and claims from their medical aid themselves. Kindly ensure that you have sufficient funds available in your medical savings before your appointment.

DO YOU CHARGE MEDICAL AID RATES?

Yes, we charge medical aid rates on all treatments for patients wishing to claim through medical aid. Cash patients are charged a standard cash rate.

DO YOU FOLLOW THE COVID-19 HYGIENE REGULATIONS?

Yes, your safety is our main priority. The entire practice is sanitised every morning and all equipment are sanitised before and after every use. All staff members wear masks and the appropriate PPE during every appointment. Additionally all patients and staff members undergo screening when entering the practice.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO CANCEL OR MOVE MY APPOINTMENT?

According to our cacellation policy we require our patients to cancel or move their appointment at least three hours before the time of their appointment. Kindly note than a R500 cancellation fee will be charged in the event that a patient fails to cancel/move their appointment on time or in the event where a patient misses their
